Bowl game!! ...and school

Who's ready to be done with school?

This girl. Right here.

Last week was another long week of preparing for/ going to/ and completing assignments for the craniofacial anomolies class I am taking this month. So far I am loving the class, and I am sure it will be my most favorite of all. It is taught by the most amazing woman I know (well besides my mom and grandmother!) Dr. Gloria Kellum. She is so knowledgeable and so inspiring. She is such an asset to the world of speech-language pathology, and I hope to be just like her one day. She has been such a wonderful mentor to me throughout my entire college career, and I am so grateful for her. (Oh and I know some of you laugh at me when I say this, but I am totally naming one of my children after her... Kellum  is a wonderful addition to my already planned out imaginary family names.)

Anyway...

This weekend we went to the bowl game! I had such a great time with the Goudys, and it was nice to see a Rebel victory. We rode a bus from Memphis to Birmingham (great decision!), watched the game and then headed back to Memphis. It was a quick trip but a lot of fun.

I promise I was wearing red and blue! (red pants and a blue bubble necklace!) You just couldn't see any of it because of my coat. (which by the way I got for 60% off at Macy's and I am in love with it...)

This week is another long week of classes and studying for comps! I cannot wait until January is over...
