Fall- Southern Living style

After my lazy Saturday reading Southern Living, I was inspired to continue the laziness *and* try my hand at being Martha Steweart. So today, I put off school work and decided to try this...

I've been wanting to bring some pumpkins into this apartment of mine, and let's face it, who actually has time to carve a pumpkin? Not me.

I already had gold paint from this summer project (that is still yet to be completed)...
And I already had everything else I needed so I picked up a few pumpkins on the way to Oxford...

Before:
During: (I used painter's tape that my dad had instead of SL's method)

After! Obviously My painter's tape skills need some work, but I am pleased.
On the table:

It was a fun afternoon project.

Oh and since I have been meaning to post this since early August...

Our door wreath that I made:
(this idea was stolen/borrowed from ETSY)
Now I am off to study like crazy for a "quiz" tomorrow and plan my therapy for the week.

Love,
Amy
