Football game and birthday!

It is officially Thanksgiving break! I thought it would never get here! However, the past few days have been so busy, I have yet to have time to relax.

Thursday night I went out with some of the girls in my program for my birthday. We had SO much fun on the Square!

Friday I had no class (again), so I headed to Pontotoc. Will and I have never spent a birthday apart, and we are determined to always be together. We have both traveled many miles to be with one another before, but this year, our birthday was on a Friday and we both happened to be going home, so it was much easier.

We had dinner at our parents' house and then went to our grandparents' for cake/presents. I love spending time with my family!

Saturday was THE game of the year. The LSU game. We knew going into this game that we would be destroyed, but anyone who is an Ole Miss fans knows "we never lose a party!"

We had a great tailgate.

3 tents put together for lots of room
2 tables FULL of the best food in the Grove
makes for
1 awesome Saturday!

The Goudys even brought me my favorite cupcakes. Red Velvet from Muddys. Seriously, best cupcakes EVER. Worth a drive to Memphis!

I had a great time with our Grove group, and I spent a lot of time with this sweet little girl. She had brought lots of books with her to the Grove, and I'm pretty sure she spent half the day following me around begging me to read to her. The other half of the day she spent in my lap listening to me read.

I love reading to children. Early exposure to language is so important, and it is something I am so passionate about.

And Sunday I got the most anticipated gift ever. My Erin Condren Life Planner.

For someone like me who is obsessed with being organized and writing every single thing down, this planner is amazing. Let's face it, I have 800 million things to do every day and if I didn't write them all down I would never survive graduate school.

This planner is HUGE. There's enough room for me to write down everything I need to, and it is the most organized planner I have ever seen in my life. AND I got to completely customize it. I am already in love with it.

Want to see how amazing it is for yourself ? Watch THIS link!
(scroll about half way down the page and you'll see the video for the Life Planner. You will want one immediately.)

Thank you, Evan!
