Wow. Where did October go? I can hardly believe it is already November. TWO more weeks until Thanksgiving break, then only two weeks after that until Christmas break. I am SO ready. I need a break.

I'm sad that our season is almost over. I love having the Grove to look forward to on the weekends.
BUT...
Basketball season is here! I much prefer basketball to football. It's more fast paced, more exciting, easier for me to follow, easier for me to learn the players, it is inside, you get to sit down... I could go on forever.
Thursday night we went to the first "game" of the season. We had a scrimmage with UNA. We had court side FRONT ROW seats. Talk about amazing. Evan even caught the ball once and got to throw it back. We had a great time.

It will be so hard to go back and sit in the student section bleachers.
Friday mom and dad came to Oxford to eat dinner with Evan and me. We ate at one our favorite places, Lenora's. I loved having my parents in Oxford. And I am always glad when they get to spend time with Evan.
Another full week ahead! Projects, papers, treatment reports, clinic... Counting down the days 'til Thanksgiving!
