Finals were over Friday, but I wasn't able to relax until I saw my grades on Monday. I had good grades going into my finals, and I felt good about the exams that I took, but there was that little thought in the back of my mind "oh no, what if I didn't pass a class? (pass= 80 in grad school) What if I have to retake a class next year with the new first years?
BUT... On Monday... my grades posted...
AND I passed all of my classes!
I came out with 4 A's and 1 B. I was slightly bummed about the B, but hey... it's graduate school Our classes are hard.
I can now finally relax and enjoy my break! I DID IT! I made it through my first semester of grad school! There were lots of ups and downs, lots of tears, and lots of laughs. I loved it and I hated it.
Three more semesters to go!
Saturday I went to the New Albany Ballet's Nutcracker. I love seeing the girls I used to dance with/teach. Their performance was wonderful this year.
The purple arrow points to my new Vera Bradley pattern. It's quite possibly my favorite ever. This is a clutch that I got with a gift certificate I had for my birthday. I love it.Other things I am loving...
Nutella!
I realize this is nothing new, but I have just recently discovered it. I eat it EVERY morning on whole wheat toast. It's amazing.And...
Laughing Cow Cheese
Seriously I could live off of this stuff. I love it on Wheat Thins and Ritz crackers. And there's only 35 calories in one wedge. I rarely eat "meals" when I'm in Oxford. Nutella and Laughing Cow are good enough for me!
Happy Christmas Break!
